Ms. Ammarah Chaudhry is a Lecturer of Accounting in the Department of Business Education. She has nearly ten years of teaching experience in Accounting and Finance at the undergraduate and graduate levels. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Commerce from Hailey College of Commerce, University of the Punjab, Lahore. She completed her Master of Commerce from Hailey College of Commerce with distinction, specializing in Accounting, and was awarded a Gold Medal for her academic performance. Her research focuses on Islamic Finance, particularly Sharīʿah Governance, Sharīʿah Compliance, Maqasid al-Sharīʿah, and corporate disclosure and reporting practices in Islamic financial institutions. Her teaching portfolio covers Financial Accounting, Cost and Managerial Accounting, Auditing and Assurance, Financial Reporting, Corporate Governance, and Computer Applications in Accounting.
