Dr. Hafiz Rizwan Sharif is currently working as Assistant Professor at University of Chenab, Pakistan. He received Ph. D. in Food Science and Technology from the School of Food Science and Technology, Jiangnan University, Wuxi, China. He is HEC-approved Ph. D supervisor with excellent teaching and research abilities. His areas of expertise are encapsulation of functional bio-actives to improve their oxidative stability and digestion. He has presented his research findings in different national and international conferences and seminars. Dr. Rizwan has published several research and review articles in well reputed international journals with 150 plus cumulative impact factor. He is co-author of four book chapters published under Elsevier, Springer and UAF-Press. He is Guest Associate Editor of a prestigious international journal “Frontiers in Nutrition” and Associate Editorial Board Member of “Recent Advances in Food, Nutrition & Agriculture”. He is also an active reviewer of many national and international journals in the domain of food and nutrition.
