BIOGRAPHY

Dr Kaleem is a dedicated and dynamic professional with a Ph.D. in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. With over 14 years of combined experience in industry and academia, I have developed a deep understanding of the complexities of business education and human resource practices. Currently, I serve as an Associate Professor in the Business Education Department, where he is committed to cultivating the next generation of business leaders through innovative teaching and rigorous scholarship. Beyond his teaching responsibilities, he is also the Director of the Centre of Enterprise and Employee Development (CEED) and Head of the university's Innovation Hub & PhD Programs. This role allows him to leverage his expertise in organizational behavior to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration across disciplines. His robust research portfolio complements my academic journey with numerous publications in esteemed journals worldwide. His work often explores the intersection of human resource strategies and organizational effectiveness, aiming to bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, especially Democracy and Freedom at Work. This global perspective is enriched by his extensive network of research collaborations, which spans multiple continents and provides a rich source of diverse insights.
