Ms. Naila Kanwal Dar has pursued an extensive academic journey in the field of language and linguistics. She earned her MPhil in Applied Linguistics from the University of Lahore, where she developed a deep understanding of linguistic theories, research methodologies, and language acquisition. Prior to that, she completed an MA in English Literature from the University of the Punjab, Lahore, which provided her with a strong foundation in literary analysis, critical theory, and the study of classical and contemporary works. She also holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree from Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad, which equipped her with pedagogical skills and insights into teaching practices. Additionally, Ms. Naila Dar completed a Postgraduate Diploma in English Language Teaching (PGD-ELT) from the University of the Punjab, Lahore, further refining her expertise in language teaching methodologies, curriculum design, and the practical application of linguistics in the classroom. Currently, Ms. Naila Dar is serving as a Lecturer in English at The University of Chenab, Gujrat. With over 7 years of teaching experience, she has worked as a Lecturer at the University of Central Punjab, the University of the Punjab, Lahore and ILM college. Her academic and professional career has equipped her with expertise in applied linguistics, literature, and teaching methodologies. She is passionate about creating an engaging learning environment that encourages students to excel in applied linguistics and English language education.
