Sajida Jamil, who joined UChenab in July 2023, brings extensive teaching experience to the institution. Prior to her arrival at UChenab, she taught Microbiology to Pharm D students. She also possesses two years of teaching experience in Pharmacology for MS Nursing students, along with instructing various subjects such as Microbiology, Anatomy and Physiology, Biochemistry, Epidemiology, Applied Nutrition, Developmental Psychology, Pharmaceutical Dosage Form and Calculation, and Pharmacology to BS Nursing and Post RN nursing students. Sajida Jamil holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) degree from the University of Sargodha, Sargodha, Pakistan, and earned her Master of Philosophy (MPhil) from The University of Lahore, Lahore, with Gold Medal distinction. She conducted her M.Phil. research, conducted under the supervision of Dr. Asif Mahmood at the Pharmaceutical Research Lab of The University of Lahore, focused on the development and characterization of polymeric buccal films by casting method. Additionally, she has a keen interest in epidemiological studies related to various types of cancers.
