I am interested in teaching Medical subjects currently. I teach three major subjects but my most favorite is medical & surgical nursing. My pedagogical approach in nursing education is student-centered and competency-based, focusing on the integration of theoretical knowledge with clinical practice, I utilize interactive lectures, case-based learning, simulation. demonstrations, and reflective practice to enhance critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.
