Mr. Abdul Raheem is a dedicated Medical Laboratory Technologist (Registered AHPC) with a strong academic and professional background in clinical laboratory sciences, diagnostics, and biomedical research. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology and has practical experience in Hematology, Microbiology, Routine and Special Chemistry, Serology and Immunology, Histopathology, Cytology, Molecular Diagnostics, GeneXpert, and Phlebotomy. He received clinical training as a Trainee Medical Laboratory Technologist at Quaid-e-Azam Medical College and Bahawal Victoria Hospital (BVH). He has served in key supervisory roles, most recently as Technical Lab Supervisor at Aman Lab & Diagnostic Center, Lahore, contributing to laboratory management, staff coordination, quality assurance, equipment management, troubleshooting, and reliable diagnostic services. Previously, he served as Section Head Special Chemistry at Gardezi Laboratory, Bahawalpur, managing complex testing, analyzer operation, calibration, quality control, preventive maintenance, and SOP compliance. His research interests include Molecular Diagnostics, Cancer Biology, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Molecular Docking, and Drug Discovery, particularly computational approaches to cancer research and therapeutic development. As a faculty member, he is committed to developing students’ practical skills, critical thinking, research capabilities, and professional competence while bridging academic learning with real-world laboratory practice.
