BIOGRAPHY

Dr Kaleem Ahmed has been working as a permanent faculty member at the University of Chenab, Gujrat, after serving almost five years in University of Lahore, Gujrat Campus. He completed his Doctorate in Business Administration (PhD) in June 2019 under the dissertation title “The rationale and development of organizational democracy scale” from the National College of Business Administration and Economics Lahore, Pakistan. Before his PhD, he completed his MS and MSc in 2014 and 2009, respectively. He was awarded Gold Medal in MSc. His primary research and teaching areas include human resources, organizational behavior, leadership, change management, and strong command and expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods. He investigates and establishes the significance of alternative management styles in various research projects; producing 16 MPhil scholars in management sciences under his supervision. In addition to his academics, he holds an experience of almost six years of banking, where he served at various positions. His working style is participative, and he enjoys sharing my knowledge and skills with others. He has published several articles in reputable national and international journals.
