BIOGRAPHY
I am MUHAMMAD AHMAD ISHAQ from Pakistan 25 years old and completed my Master of Philosophy in Physics (M.Phil.) from Department of Physics, University of Engineering, and Technology Lahore, Pakistan. also working as a Lecturer Physics at University of Chenab, Gujrat, Pakistan. Being a Physicist my research background belongs to Density Functional Theory and The Title of my dissertation is “DFT study of Gallium Mixed Aluminum Antimonide (AlSb) using Wien2k code” and I have published 2 research papers 1) “Correlation between structural, electronic, and optical response of Ga-doped AlSb for Optoelectronic applications, A comprehensive First Principle study”). 2) "Fabrication and characterizations of hybrid materials based on polyaniline, metal oxide, and graphene nano-platelets for supercapacitor electrodes." For my higher studies I have earned different honors and awards globally i.e. 1) Shortlisted under HEC Overseas Scholarship 2021-22 (PHD Physics), 2) Shortlisted for HEC US-Knowledge corridor Scholarship 2022-23 Arizona State University) (PHD Physics) and 3) Selected for Fully Funded Scholarship 2022 for University of MAINE, USA, (PHD Physics).
