Dr. Muhammad Kamran is a lecturer in Medical Laboratory Technology with a strong academic and research background in microbiology, immunology, and antimicrobial resistance. He holds a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from COMSATS University Islamabad, where his research focused on the development of injectable hydrogels and monoclonal antibodies against multidrug-resistant Candida auris. He has teaching experience at leading institutions in Pakistan and has also received international research training at the University of Aberdeen, UK. Dr. Kamran’s research interests include fungal pathogenesis, antimicrobial resistance, biofilms, drug delivery systems, and immunological therapeutics. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and contributed to international book chapters. Alongside research, he is actively involved in academic mentoring, scientific writing, and capacity-building workshops for students and faculty.
