Ms. Madiha Rafique is a qualified lecturer and researcher in Human Nutrition and Dietetics with a deep interest in nutritional therapeutics, sustainable food innovation, and community health. She holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, with research focused on developing soy-based meat substitutes to address protein-energy malnutrition (PEM). She has served as a faculty member at Al Madina Science Academy and contributed to multiple national nutrition research projects, including Pak-Korea Nutrition Center (PKNC) and the Punjab Agriculture Research Board’s soybean initiative.
