BIOGRAPHY
Ms. Madiha Rafique is a qualified lecturer and researcher in Human Nutrition and Dietetics with a deep interest in nutritional therapeutics, sustainable food innovation, and community health. She holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, with research focused on developing soy-based meat substitutes to address protein-energy malnutrition (PEM). She has served as a faculty member at Al Madina Science Academy and contributed to multiple national nutrition research projects, including Pak-Korea Nutrition Center (PKNC) and the Punjab Agriculture Research Board’s soybean initiative. Her scholarly work is published in reputed journals and her teaching approach combines clinical experience, research excellence, and community outreach. Her career reflects a passion for improving lives through nutrition education, sustainable dietary practices, and functional food development.
