Rubina Inam (She/Her)

I am Rubina Inam, currently a PhD Nursing scholar at MAHSA University, Malaysia, and serving as Head of Department and Principal of the Nursing Department at The University of Chenab, Gujrat. I also work as Adjunct Faculty and Mentor to MSN students at the University of Health Sciences Lahore and serve on its Board of Studies. I hold an MSN from the University of Health Sciences Lahore, a BSc Nursing (Post RN), and a BSc from the University of Punjab, along with an MSc in Public Nutrition from Allama Iqbal Open University and several professional diplomas in psychiatry, teaching, and ward administration. With over 35 years of experience in clinical nursing, hospital administration, and education, I have served in leadership roles at major teaching hospitals and colleges of nursing. I am a core team member of the Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC) at the University of Chenab and a Master Trainer for BLS/ACLS (Ireland) by UHS. I actively serve as supervisor and co supervisor for MSN and BScN research projects and theses, and work as examiner, and thesis reviewer at various institutions. I initiated the Post RN BScN nursing program at Post Graduate College of Nursing (PGCN), Lahore, on GOVT direction, a public sector college in Punjab, contributing to the academic advancement of registered nurses through this degree pathway. My research focuses on maternal and women’s health, infection control, immunization, family planning, and public health nursing, and I have published work on prenatal breathing exercises and other topics related studies in national and international journals.
