The University of Chenab organized the Educational Visit to BIMH Lahore through the Department of Nursing for 6th Semester students enrolled in the Mental Health Nursing course. This educational activity aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical clinical experience while strengthening students’ understanding of mental healthcare practices. The visit provided students with an opportunity to explore the practical aspects of mental health nursing within a professional healthcare environment. Under the supervision of respected nursing faculty members, participants observed various components of psychiatric care and patient management. Moreover, hospital staff and doctors facilitated meaningful learning experiences by sharing professional insights and clinical expertise.
During the educational tour, students gained exposure to mental healthcare settings and developed a deeper understanding of nursing interventions used in psychiatric practice.
