Our program offers a blend of core and elective courses. According to the HEC, a maximum of two years are allowed for the completion of the degree along with all the requirements.
Entry Requirement
16 Years of Education, 5 Years DPT from an HEC-recognized institute with a minimum 2.5/4.00 CGPA. The University of Chenab’s Entry Test / Interview is mandatory. GAT/NTS-General Test – with minimum 50% marks

Admission Test
- Students must pass a rigorous admission test as an eligibility condition for admission to MS programs, with a passing score of 50%.

The Bachelor of Science Honors in Mathematics is an undergraduate specialization degree that aims at integrating and deepening the knowledge and prowess in mathematics. It further develops students’ capacity to conduct supervised research. The basic objective of the department is to provide the students with the latest developments associated with mathematics and its latest technologies. Moreover, it aims at helping the students to design and develop a strong background in the fundamentals of Mathematics.
The Department of Mathematics is continuing to get information and gather innovative ideas; used to improve class teaching and professorial assignments as well as to motivate curriculum changes. The BS and MPhil programs offered in Mathematics are formulated to the Scheme of studies approved by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan to meet the national and international standards.
